Step 1 - Question - How do I create a better peanut better and jelly sandwich?
Step 2 - Hypothesis - Explain your hypothesis/predicted outcome.
Step 3 - Experiment - Explain the series of steps necessary to create a better PBJ sandwich (be specific)
Materials provided by Student:  2 slices of bread

Uniform Demerits Enforced Daily

Uniform Demerits
As of this week we will be officially using the uniform demerits. Please see below for the process:  

  • Each Teacher must complete a uniform demerit slip
  • All uniform demerit slips will be sent to Ms. Wingate immediately after the morning announcement
  • Ms. Wingate will record the scholars and the demerit on a spreadsheet
  • The teachers are responsible for calling the parent/guardian for the first 2 infractions
  • Ms. Wingate will call the parent/guardian for the the third and future infractions 
  • Scholars who receive a third demerit will serve a lunch detention with Ms. Wingate

Students must record data over a 30 day period, and then analyze the results.  They must:
1.  Record the temperature daily
2.  Weather conditions (Sunny, Humid, Hot, Cloudy, Rainy, etc.)
3.  Mood (Happy, Sad, Moody, Normal, etc.)
4.  Gender
5.  Age
6.  Hypothesis
7.  Results
